|This is a rare vintage ‘Old English’ Asiatic Birds teacup, saucer and tea plate trio. Manufactured circa late 1920’s early 1930’s by Charles Allerton & Sons, Park Works, Longton, Staffordshire Potteries, England. A crisp white background decorated with scenes of asicaic birds perched on tree branches and delicate pink flowers. A handpainted set in vibrant colours with gold gilded rims. The teacup is a nice small globe shaped with a simple loop handle.

CONDITION: See photos. In good vintage condition with lovely bright colours. Some wear to gold gilding on rims. A few stray paint marks on tea plate and a few small firing spots on all pieces.
