Delicate antique, hand enameled ‘Apple Blossom’
coffee cup. and saucer duo. Manufactured by Star China Co, (subsequently Paragon China Co Ltd), Longton, Staffordshire Potteries, England and dates to circa 1913. The coffee cup is footed with an inward shaped waist and a pretty detailed Worcester handle. The rims of the coffee cup and saucer are gently fluted and gilded. The base colour is a gentle peach with beautifuly hand painted open white apple blossoms and bold orange buds decorating the outer and inner sides of the cup. The pattern extends to the saucer.

Condition: In very good antique condition and looks like it has not been used much. Nice bright colours and intact gilding except for a tiny bit of wear around the rim of the cup.
