UAE customers - We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer and Stripe.

GCC & International customers - we accept bank transfers.

UAE orders: All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of placing the order. Flat rate of AED30 for shipping.

GCC & International orders: Place your items in the cart and email us at info@prettyvintagecups.com. We will pack and weigh your order to provide you with the best shipping rate. If you are happy with the shipping rate, please pay for your order through Bank Transfer. Once funds are received, your order will be dispatched the next day. Please note delivery times vary for international orders.

At Pretty Vintage Cups, we love and care for our products and carefully package each piece to protect it from breaking during transit. Returns are only offered if you have received a damaged item. In the rare event that you have received a damaged item, please send the piece back to us in its original packaging, and we will refund you the full amount within 5-10 working days.

Orders are carefully packed and secured in our custom made recycled boxes to ensure safe and intact delivery of items. We are concerned about the harmful impact of plastic on the environment, therefore we wrap our items in used bubble wrap and recycled paper. For customers who would like alternative packing materials, please specify your request in the comments box upon check out.
