Shelley Dog Rose Teacup, Saucer and Tea Plate Trio

An elegant  English fine bone china, vintage teacup, saucer and tea plate trio, manufactured in circa 1940, by Shelley Potteries Ltd, Foley, Longton, England.  The trio is decorated with pastel pink and blue dog roses on a crisp white background.  The rims are gilded and gently scalloped.  The teacup handle is a closed loop shape which is decorated with gilding.  The tea plate is a good size square shape with scalloped corners.
